Rolling Over

The other day I put Parker on his stomach so he could work on strengthening his neck and arm muscles. Well, he decided that he didn't like being on his tummy so much so he decided to do something about it...by rolling over! I know you're probably thinking that he's way too young to be starting to roll over. Well he has now done it like 5 times!!! The first few times I didn't have my camera, but today when he did it I was able to get proof of him actually rolling over. He hasn't rolled over from back to front yet though and he doesn't roll from front to back every time, so I think I have a little more time before he starts rolling all over the place!

Just ignore my excitement in the video...it was just a little over the top, I think anyways!

Play Time

This morning after Parker had been fed and changed he was in the happiest mood. He was smiling and making noises and kicking his little legs for the longest time. It was so cute, I just had to take some video for all to see!! Enjoy :)

Blessing Day

Well today was Parker's blessing. My step-mom and dad bought him this adorable little white tux to wear. It made him look so handsome. Chris's family was all there, except for his sister and one of his brothers. All of my aunts and cousins and my grandparents were also there, which was very nice. My sister, Ashley and her boyfriend were also there. It was fun to see everyone again. Here are some pictures that were taken today....

Posing for his photo shoot!

Our family!

Craigos

Today is my sister's 13thd Birthday. Wow sis, you are growing up so fast, I just can't believe it. HAPPY BIRTHDAY GABRIELLE!! :) Last night my family took us out to Craigo's to celebrate her birthday. It was a lot of fun and the food is so good there! For those of you who don't know, Craigo's is a pizza place with really really good pizza.

All of us waiting patiently for our pizzas.

Gabrielle and Kelsey

For dessert we got Cookie Monsters, which are totally amazing. They are a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, carmel and chocolate syrup on top. We all loved it!!

Bowling

Yesterday my dad and step mom took Parker with them on their errands so I could go bowling with my siblings. It was a lot of fun to just hang out with each other and have a little break from being a mom. We were lucky enough to get the whole bowling alley to ourselves!! And I even bowled my best game...116, which ended up beating everyone else!

Kelsey and I on the left. Gabrielle and I up above. Carsten and I are below waiting for our turn to bowl.

Family Pictures

A couple weeks ago Chris' entire family was here in town for the first time in a long time. So his mom scheduled family pictures to be taken. I just picked up our pictures last night. Parker is only about 2 weeks old in this picture.

1 Month

Wow, so Parker is 1 month old today!!! I can't believe how fast he has grown. He's starting to stay awake a little more and smiling a little more. We are still working on the sleeping routine at nights, but overall he isn't that bad. On average he will wake up once sometimes twice in the night, so I guess I can't complain. Here is a little video of him hangin out in his bouncer watching me get ready for school.

Mesa Falls

Last weekend we went with Chris's entire family up to Mesa Falls. Chris's dad works for Salt Lake Express and was able to borrow one of the vans to take us all up there. It was pretty fun. I only have a few pictures to post because my camera decided that it wanted to die half way through the day. However, Chris's sister took a bunch of pictures of us with her camera...we just have to get them from her and then I'll post them.

Here we are in the shuttle on our way up to Mesa Falls.

This is actually the lower part of Mesa Falls. The more impressive water fall will have to come later when we get the pictures.

Here we are in front of the Visitor's Center. This is the last picture taken before my camera took a turn for the worse!

On our way home, we all went out to Big Jud's for dinner. It was preey much amazing! For those of you who don't know what Big Jud's is, it's a hamburger restaurant and they have 1lb burgers you can order, which pretty much will feed 3-4 people. They have amazing ice cream too! They have this challenge where if you eat the whole 1lb hamburger, the fries, drink and the ice cream you can get your picture taken and put on the wall. You'd have to like not eat anything for a week in order to be able to do it...at least for me!

More of Parker

Here are a few more pictures of Parker. I had just gotten my hair cut the day before. You can't really see what it really looks like in this picture, but you can get the idea. I can't believe that Parker is almost a month old already! They grow so fast!!
