New Bed

Well we FINALLY bought Parker a real crib with some of our tax return money. He has been sleeping in his Pack n' Play since he was born. Now he has plenty of room to roll around and so far seems to love it! We still have to buy his dresser/changer, but for now we'll just continue to use his Pank n' Play since it has a changing table attached to it. My mom wanted to see some pictures of the crib all put together...so here it is!
It has a drawer that rolls underneath the crib for storage, which we have decided to use for ALL his blankets. It works perfectly! Just another view...Looks comfy huh?!?

Bouncin' Fun

I have been trying to get a video of Parker bouncing in his exersaucer, but everytime I get the camera out, he stops and just looks at it. But I FINALLY was able to get it!! He seriously was bouncing up and down for like 3 minutes straight...don't worry the video isn't quite that long! I'm thinking I need to invest in one of those jumpers that hangs from the door. Enjoy!

Getting Ready for Sunday

Yesterday we bought a cute outfit at Walmart for Parker to wear for Church. It was a pretty good price and so cute, I just had to take some pictures!

Today we went to Target and we found a bunch of hats that are out for the up-coming spring and summer season. I couldn't pass up trying a couple of them on...doesn't he just look so cute!?! I'm just proud of myself for not buying anything but the necessities...diapers! I figured I could wait a few more months until spring and summer actually comes. I took these pictures with my phone and the lighting makes Parker look so tan.

Valentines Day Candy

I had given Chris some candy last night when he got home from Reno and so we let Parker play with it this morning before it was opened. He loved the red plastic and wanted so badly to open it!

I took this the other day. Parker had just woken up from his first nap and was waiting for me to get his bottle.

5 Months

I'm sorry that I have been a slacker and haven't posted any 5-month old pictures of Parker. I have just been too lazy to go to the store to buy batteries for my camera, and when I'm actually at the store, I forget all about them. Here are a couple random ones that I took a few days before and a couple days after he turned 5 months. He has been growing so fast. He is starting to try and sit up all by himself and can last for about 30 seconds or so, however he hasn't mastered the rolling over thing yet...maybe next month. He has also been trying different solid baby foods, squash and peas are the only two he's tried so far and he loves them both!! He didn't even make a face on the first bite or anything...maybe that means he won't be a picky eater! **Finger's crossed** Parker is even fitting into 6-month clothes...he is getting so big! :(

First teeth!

So Parker decided to kick the year off with a brand new set of bottom teeth! I noticed them on New Years Eve after I had finished feeding him. They are finally in far enough to be able to see them in a picture. They are so cute and is just another sign that he is growing!! The other day I went in to get Parker up from his nap and this is what I found:
He wasn't very happy about it to say the least, but I couldn't resist taking a picture before I rescued him from the bear and blanket!

New Toy!

For Christmas, Parker received an excersaucer from my mom and step-dad. He seems to really like it. It's nice because it keeps him busy for just a little bit longer than his other toys, allowing me to get a little bit more done! He likes being able to stand up and play with his toys instead of laying on the floor. We put a few of his other toys on the tray for him to play with too. So far he seems to really like this key toy that plays music and makes a lot of noise!
