Wright Park

Yesterday we found this awesome park in Dodge City and we went to it. However it was pretty cold and getting late so we only stayed for about 10 minutes tops. Because Parker loves parks and playing outside, leaving this soon just did not sit well with him...in fact, he screamed for about 5 minutes then fell asleep for the rest of the ride home (about 40 minutes). When we got home he started back up again and seriously screamed and threw himself on the floor for probably about another 10 minutes or so. I'm not sure if he was really screaming about not being able to stay at the park or if he was just REALLY tired. Anyways, it was pretty funny.

We did however decide to take him back to that park today after we ran a couple errands because it was beautiful outside and we wanted to do something fun since Chris only had to work this morning. Needless to say Parker had a BLAST!!! We were there for almost an hour and he ran everywhere, went down all the slides several times and didn't mind all the big kids running all around him.
